CBSE, CISCE 12th Class Board Exams 2021: Class 12th Board Exams CANCELLED: Class 12th exams cancelled this year for CBSE and CISCE. The decision was taken after an official meet through the cabinet of the Narendra Modi government. The meeting chaired person PM Modi and the Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar and Minister of Defence Rajnath Singh.
“Government of India taken decision to cancel the Class 12th CBSE Board Exams. we have taken a decision that is safe for students and the health is first priority as well as future of our young youth,” said PM.

Class 12 Board results on well-defined on objective criteria,
During the official meet of PM Narendra Modi with Union Ministers and other officials, it’s decided that CBSE will take steps to compile the results of Class 12th students as per a “well-defined objective criteria” in a time-bound manner.
“Class 12th results will be made as per objective criteria in a specific time-bound manner,” PM Modi said.
Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar shared the cancellation information on the official Twitter handle.
Thanks to PM Sh @narendramodi ji for putting an end to the anxiety among students, parents and teachers and cancelling CBSE Class XII Board Exams this year.
This reflects the sensitivity of Prime Minister who has taken this decision for the health and safety of our children.
