Brendon McCullum Reacts To Steve Smith’s Comments To ‘Bazzball’, Says “I Hate That Word”: Ever since Brendon McCullum took over as the coach of the England Test team, the term Bazzball has been in the news a lot. This word has become very popular in the cricket world. Brendon McCullum Reacts To Steve Smith’s Comments
Responding to the Australian player’s remarks in a conversation with Adam Gilchrist on Sen WA Breakfast, Brendon McCullum said,
“I saw them (comments) you flicker on a feed somewhere. That’s right, and it will be a big challenge when we take on Australia. It’s going to challenge our way, and it’s going to question what we’ve been able to achieve, and I think that’s pretty exciting”.
McCullum rated India and New Zealand as top-quality teams but said the old rivalry would lead to a different challenge against Australia.
I don’t like that silly word – McCallum’s reaction to Bazzball
McCallum said that he had no idea what this Bazzball was. The English media made it famous, but the English head coach called it silly. “I don’t like the stupid word that people are talking about. He explained that England is not only looking to attack all the bowlers consistently but is trying to decide which bowlers to target. He also said that, at times, England had handled the pressure beautifully.
