Reigning WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, Jey Uso and Paul Heyman make their way to the ring as loud boos and “YOU S * CK!” Chants are recorded. Reigns asks Heyman to explain to the audience who he defeated on Sunday night.
Heyman talks about the careers of Edge and Daniel Bryan and praises Reigns for winning the second night of WrestleMania. Reigns recalls that he punched like the then baseball player Babe Ruth. He handled, stacked and pinned his opponents. Reigns assumes that management will never put him in a triple threat again because he was able to beat a Hall of Famer and a future Hall of Famer. Now nobody will want to compete against him anymore. Reigns explains that they opened his show, but that it is time to leave. As the trio wants to leave the ring, the music of Cesaro can be heard.
Cesaro steps into the ring and looks at Reigns. They both stare at each other, but when Cesaro grabs a microphone, Reigns walks away. The stunned Cesaro remains in the ring.

Backstage: Cesaro confronts WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville. Cesaro is upset that Reigns doesn’t respect him. Therefore Cesaro would like to have a match against the “Head of the Table” this evening. It doesn’t have to be about the title either. Pearce is skeptical, but Deville tells Cesaro that she will speak to Reigns about it.

Rey Mysterio (w / Dominik Mysterio) defeated Otis (w / Chad Gable) with a Crucifix pinfall
Backstage: Kayla Braxton wants to hear from Paul Heyman if Reigns will accept Cesaro’s challenge for a match tonight. Heyman first explains what Reigns did to Edge and Bryan at WrestleMania. Cesaro has a body worth a million US dollars, in his opinion, but he only has a 10-cent brain. Heyman wants to give fans what they want to see, so Cesaro will face Jey Uso in today’s main event.
WrestleMania Video Review: Cesaro defeated Seth Rollins after the Neutralizer on the first WrestleMania night.
Sami Zayn makes his way to the ring and this is followed by a video recap of what happened between Owens, Zayn and Logan Paul at WrestleMania. Back in the ring: Zayn claimed he was tricked at WrestleMania for poisoning Logan Paul’s mind with Owens, the fans, and Michael Cole. Zayn could sense that something was wrong with Paul and that distracted him during the match. Zayn demands justification and calls out Owens. Saimi Zayn gives himself a bigger chance tonight, as there are no toxic fans and no Logan Paul present tonight to distract him. Kevin Owens walks to the ring …

Kevin Owens defeated Sami Zayn via count-out after Sami was counted out
After the match: Owens brings Sami back into the ring and knocks him down with a stunner.
Backstage: The new Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews (w / Commander Azeez) brags about winning the WrestleMania title and declares that Big E is absent tonight. Crews introduces Commander Azeez (Dabba-Kato) and explains that he was a former member of the Nigerian elite army.
The Street Profits head into the ring. Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins promise fans that they will later win the tag team titles, but they are now in the ring for a different reason. WrestleMania was a historic night and there was a very special moment that Montez Ford will tell his grandchildren about. In a video review we see Bianca Belair’s SmackDown Womens Championship win.
Back in the ring: Dawkins and Ford get very emotional before Ford calls out the new SmackDown Womens Champion. Ford praises Biance Belair in the highest tones and Belair himself has never considered this WrestleMania moment impossible despite all the setbacks. Belair herself did not believe that she would be in the main event of WrestleMania this year. In her opinion, everyone has a little EST in them. She praises Banks and thanks her for the match. Belair notes that Banks got them there and both made history. However, “The Boss” was scarred. The Belair story is just beginning. The Street Profits and Belair hug.
Backstage: Kayla Braxton wants to interview Sasha Banks. “The Boss” is furious, however, she shows the scar she has worn and walks away.
Video: We see Cesaro’s UFO again against Rollins at WrestleMania. Backstage: Bayley makes fun of Bianca Belair in an interview with Kayla Braxton. Bayley wants to win the SmackDown Womens Championship so that the title regains the dignity it deserves. Bayley challenges Bianca Belair and announces that she will take the title away from her. 3rd Match SmackDown Tag Team Championship Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode (c) defeat The Street Profits: Montez Ford & Angelo Dakwins after Ziggler’s zigzag against Ford
Backstage: Cesaro tells Kayla Braxton in an interview that Paul Heyman is right about some things, but he’s wrong about one thing. Cesaro definitely belongs in the ring with Roman Reigns. However, Cesaro is ready to take on Roman’s cousin Jey Uso first.
Backstage: Reigns can’t believe Cesaro actually thinks he belongs in the same ring as him. The “Head of the Table” asks Jey Uso to take care of Cesaro.
4. Match
Natalya (w / Tamina) defeated Shayna Baszler (w / Nia Jax) via rollup
After the match: Tamina kicks Nia Jax in the face.
Backstage: Jey Uso promises victory over Cesaro.
5. Match
Cesaro defeated Jey Uso by DQ after Rollins intervened and attacked Cesaro while Jey was in the Giant Swing
After the match: Seth Rollins walks to the stage and loudly tells Cesaro that their affair is not over. Rollins will determine when it’s over. After this announcement and a change of view between Rollins and Cesaro from afar, the first SmackDown after WrestleMania ends.
