The healthy chicken steak with salad.
It is rich in protein and rich in fibre.
INGREDIENTS
Whole chicken breast
1 TBSP Oregano
Salad leaves as per choice
Half cup sweet corn
One chopped onion
One coloured Capsicum chopped
One Tomato chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate the chicken breast with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar. Add half the oregano to the chicken and let it rest for 30 mins
Heat a pan very hot put the chicken on it and top it with all the chopped vegetables. Let the chicken seal from one side. Flip over the chicken and roast the other side too.
Let the vegetables also get lightly roasted. Sprinkle salt, pepper, little oregano on the vegetables.
For the plating, start with the salad leaves, then place the roasted vegetables on the center, followed by sprinkling the sweet corn. Sprinkle the rest of the oregano and little salt. Slice the roasted chicken breast and place it on top of the vegetables. Serve hot and enjoy on your own or with your loved ones, increase the quantity as per the number of people eating.
