By Jobless Bengali TV actor in Kolkata livestreams suicide bid, cops save him
Depressed over being unemployed due to the coronavirus pandemic led lockdown, a Bengali television actor attempted to kill himself by overdosing on sleeping pills. He also live-streamed the incident which helped the police to track him down and save him.
The 31-year-old actor consumed an entire strip of sleeping pills while doing a Facebook live. A person who got the live link from someone immediately informed the police.
