According to the statement, “Under the IPL Code of Conduct of the team, this is the first case of slow over-rate of the season so Morgan has been fined Rs 12 lakh.” According to IPL rules, the team captain is fined Rs 12 lakh in the first case of slow over rate.
If the captian does it second time he will be banned for a match .
