No matter how dangerous COVID-19 has impacted the human health and their lifestyle, it has surely made us more attentive of their body’s needs and the diet that tackles the infection risks inside the body. Eating healthy and nutritious foods always increases the immune system, and now we have to avoid unhealthy processed foods and this has been advice passed on through recent several generations.

 

After some study, it was founded that the food which are processed meats of different animals such as hot dogs and deli meats were directly linked to high risk of infection. Research found that, even half serving of processed meat on daily basis can increase the COVID-19 risk by 10 percent.
