By Zydus Cadila: Zydus Cadila gets approval for emergency use in few days- Earlier Zydus Cadila submits an application to DCGI (Drug Controller Government of India) to get approval for emergency use of a vaccine made by Zydus Cadila.
Zydus Cadila vaccine uses for children above 12 years if approved by the authorities.

Zydus may get approval for the age group above 12:
According to the report of Times of India, India’s regulatory body will consider the application given by Zydus Cadila and after the regulator’s Subject, Expert Committee (SEC) will carefully examine all the data provided by Zydus Cadila of their clinical trials.
If the SEC finds the data satisfactory, the emergency use authorization for the vaccine can be granted this week itself.
Officials said that if the approval is given for emergency use of the vaccine, supply of the vaccine is expected to start by August-September.
