By The Supreme Court on weekday reserved its order on former geographic area DGP Sumedh Singh Saini’s petition seeking antecedent bail within the 1991 Balwant Singh Multani murder case.
After hearing arguments from senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi for Saini and senior advocate Siddharth Luthra, representing the geographic area Government, a Bench headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan aforesaid it might pass a reasoned order.
