Out on bail, Delhi man threatens to kill PM Modi to go back to jail
A 22-year-old man was arrested in Delhi’s Khajuri Khas after he allegedly made a phone call with a death threat to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was reportedly out on bail and wanted to go back to jail.
The man, identified as Salman, made the death threat call to the police last night. The arrested accused dialed the police and said, “I want to kill Modi [PM Modi]”
Following the call, police apprehended him from northeast Delhi’s Khajuri Khas area in Delhi and brought him to the police station for questioning. During interrogation, the man said he made the call because he wanted to go to jail.
