Earlier this order Max Hospital Patparganj moves Delhi High Court due to a shortage of oxygen.
As reported by the official Twitter handle of Bar and Bench “Max Patparganj has currently only 3 hrs of oxygen and if the oxygen runs outs the life of 400 patients out of which 262 are covid patients is under threat” after the report Delhi High taken complete action over the government for oxygen availability.
