Smile your way into the mid-week with this Overnight Oatmeal Cookie Jar

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds (can be subbed for ground flax)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1-2 tbsp raisins

1/2 banana, mashed

1 tbsp cashew butter or nut/seed butter of preference (optional)

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or flax milk

Method:

Combine all ingredients together and mix really well. Store jar in fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight to thicken/soften. Enjoy!
